Spring has sprung and I sure am ready for the warmer weather to follow! Utilize this Spring essential oil trio to help with your transition. 

I live in upstate New York and those of you in a similar climate know that Mother Nature hasn’t exactly made the transition to Spring just yet.  We are hopeful it will come eventually though, so it’s time to get prepared! (For those of you in warmer climates, it will still be helpful because you can simply start earlier than us northern folk!)


I have been diffusing a trio of Young Living’s vitality oils, peppermint, lavender, and lemon, for awhile now and cannot get enough! Just add two drops of each to your diffuser and prepare to be invigorated 🙂  If I am having a rough day, I will add a drop of stress away as well!

This blend has an uplifting and energizing aroma.  It is also beneficial because it can support the respiratory system at any time of the year, especially during seasonal changes.

Another way to utilize this amazing trio is adding 2 drops of each oil to a veggie capsule and filling it the rest of the way with fractionated coconut oil.  It is a great addition to your daily health regimen!
